That’s where I come in.

I work closely with the team, but remain independent to ensure I can bring perspective and challenge without bias.” I help leaders and teams develop the skills, behaviours, and mindset needed to perform, adapt, and grow together.

Who I’ve worked with

I’ve worked with companies like Onyx Health, a fast-growing marketing agency in Newcastle. When I came in, they were scaling quickly, moving from 15 to 35 staff. That growth created natural challenges: leadership stretched thin, communication issues, managers unsure of how to step up, and staff under pressure.

Together, we worked on:

Building emotional intelligence and self-awareness across the team

Coaching account managers on confidence, communication, and handling feedback

Creating a stronger connection and culture across the business

I focus on your team, looking at what development and coaching needs are required. This can be delivered both as a group and on a personal 1-2-1 basis. 

 

I look at the performance of everyone engaged at a leadership level, including you, the business MD, the CEO, or the Founder. It’s important that we elevate performance across the board, and that starts with you. 

Results are the key to this. So we set out the strategy and create suitable metrics across the process to evaluate performance changes.

 

Coaching will be at the heart of this process and the real growth lies when your core people learn how to become coaches themselves.
