I call myself a “Performance Coach” because my focus is on helping leaders and teams perform at their very best.

I specialise in coaching individuals and teams to unlock their untapped capabilities and potential by working with them to discover what’s holding them back from reaching the highest level of performance. 

My approach is honest, transparent and considerate.

Together we focus on getting you the results and objective you want and do so with the development of your people’s performance and potential at the heart of it.

I do an immersion into your organisation to understand your and your team’s needs, challenges and what impact you expect successful results will have on the business as a whole, your ROI.

 

We look at the core areas that impact performance: Vision, Culture, Environment, Behaviour and Wellbeing.

 

We investigate the more profound company vision, story and culture. Is it aligned? Are people engaged? Is it clear? Does it map out the past, present and future? This is ESSENTIAL

 

We look at the performance of everyone engaged at a leadership level and how that translates to impact—looking at performance, culture, behaviour and well-being and creating strategies to develop these critical areas.

Results are the key to this. So we set out the strategy and create suitable metrics across the process to evaluate performance changes.

 

Coaching can be delivered face-to-face, online, or a hybrid.

 

The investment is subject to your requirements, team size and delivery. All of which will be tailored to your organisation. There is no one size fits all approach.
